Madden & evolution media group Join Forces to Empower Women in Finance!

We proudly partnered with award-winning media company evolution media group to launch the emPOWER program, offering bespoke media training services solely for women. Our mission? To empower women in finance for the visibility they deserve via the tools to elevate personal branding, messaging, and leadership.

While some progress has been seen in recent years, women continue to be underrepresented as financial experts in Australian media coverage. The emPOWER program aims to help correct the imbalance and build sustainable exposure to female voices in the industry.

We receive daily requests from media outlets for more female spokespeople across a broad range of topics. So, we are eager to encourage women to step into the spotlight, reshape the narrative, and make a lasting impact.

Stay tuned for the remarkable journey ahead. Together, we’re challenging the status quo and paving the way for a more inclusive and equitable media landscape!

Safeguarding the Financial Guardians during the Tax Time Marathon

Lights, camera, tax season! Accountants take centre stage during the annual tax time ‘marathon,’ but behind the scenes, the toll on their health and wellbeing often remains hidden.

As the pressures of deadlines and accuracy intensify, stress levels soar, putting accountants at risk of burnout. Recent global statistics reveal alarming rates of stress and mental health concerns among accountants.

Madden partnered with foundation client PPS Mutual to shine a spotlight on accountants’ health and provide proactive solutions. As seen in Accountants Daily, PPS Mutual’s Brian Pillemer discussed the hidden costs of neglecting personal health, exploring the impact of burnout on productivity, job satisfaction, and overall wellbeing. He emphasised the power of risk insurance as a shield against unforeseen challenges that can upset carefully laid financial plans.

Unveiling the Blueprint for Financial Triumph at the Morningstar Investment Conference

Our team attended Morningstar’s Investment Conference held at the ICC Sydney on 24 May – the ultimate deep-dive into crucial components for investor success in 2023 and beyond.

The conference was a comprehensive exploration of crucial topics: global interest rates, real estate sector dynamics, and portfolio management strategies in the face of economic challenges. We gained valuable insights on asset allocation amidst inflation and recession fears as well as forward-thinking approaches to diversification to help build financial success.

But it was also the invaluable opportunity to network with industry peers, exchange ideas and learn from other businesses that added a special dimension to the event.
